VIVO Carbon's climate protection projects can be experienced on site
By donating to agroforestry projects you can enable:

the planting of fast-growing trees as agroforestry systems
-
that those trees will be managed together with farmers for at least 15 - 25 years
-
that the economic risk of these plantings for farmers is largely offset
-
that the benefits of agroforestry systems will be further demonstrated and communicated
VIVO Carbon guarantees that the wood from our agroforestry projects is used considering a high standard of climate protection. We focus is on usage options that enable long-term CO₂ storage and the substitution of CO₂-intensive materials (e.g. building materials).
We reinvest the profits from the sale of wood into new projects to capture and store additional CO₂. Since VIVO Carbon is a non-profit organization, all proceeds irrevocably go toward our legal company's purpose. After the contractually binding period, the rights to use the trees are transferred to the respective farmers.

Our planting projects
VIVO Carbon was founded in December 2023 as a non-profit company (in German: gemeinnützige GmbH) by an experienced team. In April 2024 we were able to plant our first agroforestry climate protection projects.
VIVO Carbon's primary goal is to remove large amounts of CO₂ from the atmosphere using fast-growing trees. We need your support for this. Your donation will help us to plant more agroforestry systems and thus permanently sequester CO₂.
